In this update no Giant site other than Twitter got the full marks i.e Page-Rank 10. Facebook still has 9 PR, Even Google.com is 9 PR in this update too.

There is no direct correlation between rankings and page rank. Google Page Rank numbers are constantly updating internally but we came to know about it in every 3 months through Google Toolbar Page Rank.
